Standard Shipping:

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.  This is an estimate.  This does not include weekends or holidays or delays due to special order items shipping in from an off-site warehouse. Californian? You’re in luck! Since our main warehouse is located in California you can expect your package a bit earlier if all items are accessible from our main warehouse— usually within 2-3 days.    

Order Tracking & Status:

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.    

If you do not have an account, please email sales@tlroom.com including your order number, first & last name, and clearly stating your question. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Returned items must in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:         

 

  • All items purchased on sale.
  • Hair accessories.
  • Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear.
  • All vintage items.

 

In-Store Pickup:    

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Select “Store Pickup” at Checkout and your items will be available immediately for pickup. We will notify you if any of your items will be shipping in and will contact you immediately once they arrive. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.
